Delios Health partners with self-insured employers, pharmacies, and manufacturers to reduce healthcare and prescription costs while improving transparency and access for employees.
Our Pilot Program is a free, limited trial that allows employers to test our cost-saving system with no financial risk. We track real results, such as employee savings, satisfaction, and spending efficiency, to show the program’s value before you commit.
We aim for organizations to see savings of 10–40% on prescription costs. The exact amount depends on your existing pharmacy contracts, drug mix, and utilization.
We currently focus on commonly prescribed medications with transparent pricing and high potential for savings. As our network expands, we’ll continue adding more drugs and therapeutic areas to serve a broader range of conditions.
After the free pilot, Delios Health offers affordable subscription options based on company size and service level with scalable plans for larger organizations.
Smaller companies with less than 300 employees have a performance-based contract for 20% of total savings.
For larger companies that are above 300 employees, we charge a small, flat-rate, monthly fee per employee/member. This rate is subject to the organization size.
We stand by our results. If you do not achieve at least 5% savings using our services, we’ll refund your service fees, no questions asked.
Unlike traditional PBMs, Delios Health operates with full transparency. We have no hidden rebates, markups, or complex contracts. We align our incentives directly with yours: when you save, we succeed. Our goal is to help you uncover real costs and optimize what you already spend. Due to this, we are able to offer more savings than a traditional PBM.
